LED portable lighting
W e aim to take a close look at the world you live in and personalize, illuminate and color it. To do this, we work on 4 themes.
- Incorporability : Providing light for everyone, everywhere, means using smart ways of incorporating complex systems into the user’s environment. These systems may involve lamps, furniture units or objects used in everyday life, and are designed to diffuse adequate light and remain practical and unobtrusive.
- Modularity : Our systems are becoming interchangeable and you can light up all your Smart & Green products with a single light module. By opening up a development platform, we are creating more options and making it easier to personalize our products, with the aim of providing a better response to your expectations and to changes in trends.
- Rechargeability : In addition to providing cordless solutions, we offer an ease of use that’s appropriate to your way of living with our products. We aim to ensure that you don’t have to worry about the state of your batteries and when to replace them, and that you enjoy the best of our technology for many years, in the knowledge that it’s environmentally friendly.
- Strength: To make light fun, we want to encourage you to use it without worrying about damaging your bulbs. Everywhere our products are used, whether placed or incorporated, we make every effort to ensure that they remain functional; this is why they’re designed to be part of your world. They are water-resistant, which means that they can be used inside and outside, and they’re unbreakable to give you peace of mind and meet your need for nomad lighting.
The cordless buld concept
Just like traditional bulbs, our bulb emits light and may be used with different shades. But the comparison stops there. Smart & Green bulbs are cordless, giving you the freedom to place them and spread your favorite colors wherever you wish.
This concept was achieved by using LEDs for their life span, resistance, color options and excellent output. This also made it easier to incorporate a battery. Finally, the product was designed to be robust in order to cope with immersion and external damage. And, with that, we had our essence of technology.
We then developed a standard fixing and charging system for our bulb. As a result, our systems provide you with the light of your choice, virtually anywhere and irrespective of the shape of the lamp.
Environmentally-friendly LED lamps
- Energy-saving: by using LED technology (light emitting diode), our light bulbs produce 100 lm/W compared to the 20 lm/W produced by an incandescent lamp.
- Reduced unnecessary electricity consumption: via our charging station, which cuts out automatically when charging is complete or when no product is connected.
- No energy loss: via the use of golden sealed connectors. Induction lighting boasts a production of approximately 30% without guaranteeing increased safety.
- No loss of light: via our cordless technology, no light is lost as the lamp follows you.
- Fully recyclable diffuser: thanks to the efforts made by our engineers, more than 90% of the product’s weight can be recycled.
- Optimised design: our light bulbs are designed to maximise the reduction in consumption of raw materials.
- Long-life light bulb: via the light bulb’s design, referred to as “unbreakable”, in addition to our choice in LED, our products boast a long life. For example, our LEDs have a life span of 50,000 hours compared to 1,200 hours for an incandescent lamp. This is not a disposable product.
- RoHS Certification: proof of the involvement of our entire production facility in environmental issues.
- Environmentally-friendly packaging: further to being recycled and recyclable, we optimise packaging so that the products are protected, without using excess materials.
